Carrying internal stress erodes your body on a cellular level affecting telomeres. Telomeres are a protective casing at the end of a strand of DNA. Each time a cell divides, it loses a small part of its telomeres, but an enzyme, telomerase, can replenish it, however, chronic stress and cortisol exposure diminish your supply. When the telomere is too small, the cell often dies or becomes pro-inflammatory. This hastens the aging process and associated disease.

I've done a lot of therapy. I am a therapist. During this process Whitney lead me through a series of questions to something very old.
